Join this unique yoga class blending traditional qi gong wisdom and movement with a modern, gentle yoga flow. This beginner class is great for all ability and experience levels!

While many folks have heard of yoga, you may be wondering what is qi gong and how do these two practices fit together? This is a great question!
Qi Gong cultivates your ‘qi’ – your vital energy – through breathwork and gentle movement. It’s about finding that calm, centered place within – like meditation in motion.  

When combined with Yoga, it’s magic! Yoga brings strength, flexibility, and alignment, while Qi Gong adds a layer of gentle energy flow and inner balance. It’s a beautiful dance between movement and stillness, strength and softness.
